I've removed web UI (sure.im website and client) from distribution packages and I've disabled UI module in HTTP component that was responsible for loading the client.
I've left UI module as it is capable of loading any static website that is packaged as "war", so it could still be useful in some cases.

sure.im client has lived past its usefulness. We should replace it with something more functional: #tigase/_server/tigase-http-api#166 . Once the replacement is ready we could either disable sure.im in 8.5 and remove it in 9.0 or remove it altogether from the package already in 8.5
