Add ability to configure path to the scripts directory and/or respecting --script-dir configuration

REST module supports rest-scripts-dir property to set scripts dir as described on HTTP API wiki page. Do we need anything else? Or you have other scripts in mind?

The issue was created 1 month before wiki edit, so probably it wasn't present at that time. Closing as the functionality is present.
