Description

After deleting a project, the project list UI does not automatically update to remove the deleted row. A manual page refresh is required.

Impact

UI appears stale and may confuse users about deletion state.

Workaround

Manually refresh the Projects page after deletion.

Planned Fix

Client-side state refresh or event-driven update to be implemented.
